We provide sleep lifestyle questionnaires, reference reports, 7-day plan previews, and digital tools (mindfulness, breathing, PMR, white noise, etc.) for general sleep hygiene support. This is not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency care. We make no guarantee of medical outcomes.

• Consult a qualified physician for serious insomnia, suspected sleep apnea, depression/anxiety, or similar conditions
• Do not use the Service where immediate medical intervention is needed
• The Service does not replace professional sleep medicine evaluation or treatment

4. Accounts

Some features require sign-in via email or third-party auth. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Provide a valid email for verification and support.

You agree not to:
