Applies to Sleep Astraea paid plans ($19 discovery / $26 upgrade / $45 full solution)

When to contact us

If you completed payment but cannot access premium content due to network issues, redirect failures, or permission errors, please contact us and we will verify and resolve it promptly.

  • Payment succeeded but Discovery, Plan, or Dashboard is still locked
  • Error after payment or stuck on loading
  • Duplicate charge or billing question

Please include in your email

To help us process faster, include the following (payment receipt screenshot is helpful):

  • Your sign-in email (same as your Sleep Astraea account)
  • Dodo transaction or order ID
  • Payment time and a brief description

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of payment. The refund amount depends on what you purchased:

Discovery only ($19)

Refund $19. Discovery access is revoked.

Discovery + $26 upgrade, or one-time $45 full plan

Refund $45 total. Discovery and 7-day plan access are both revoked.

If payment was captured but access was not granted, we will restore access first. If that is not possible or you prefer a refund, contact us at the email below.
