When to contact us

If you completed payment via PayPal but cannot access premium content due to network issues, redirect failures, or permission errors, please contact us and we will verify and resolve it promptly.

  • Payment succeeded but Dashboard still shows paywall
  • Error after payment or stuck on loading
  • Duplicate charge or billing question

Please include in your email

To help us process faster, include the following (PayPal receipt screenshot is helpful):

  • Your sign-in email (same as your Sleep Astraea account)
  • PayPal transaction or order ID
  • Payment time and a brief description

Refund policy

If payment was captured but access was not granted, we will restore access first; if that is not possible or you prefer a refund, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Refunds are generally not available once premium access was successfully granted and used; contact us for exceptional cases.
